No, unfortunately not. If you know it won’t fit in the mailbox and you won’t be home, maybe a kind neighbor can help?
Our delivery staff already have access as they deliver your package alongside newspaper deliveries.
No, for GDPR reasons, we’re not allowed to change personal information after the order is placed.
Any delivery fees are paid where you purchased your item. If you receive a message asking for extra payment, it’s not from us.
Depending on where you live, your package can be delivered to different places, in your mailbox/box or hanging outside your door. Have you checked all the places the package can be? If you can’t find your package, please contact us and we will try to help you. Please check that the address is correct! You can find it on your order confirmation.
The E-retailer sometimes chooses to split your order, in which case you will receive it in different deliveries on different delivery dates, unfortunately, we cannot influence this. Contact your E-retailer if you have any questions.
We normally deliver within 1-2 days of receiving your package from the e-commerce site, and will contact you as soon as we are on our way! You can track your package here in the meantime.
We cannot send your package directly to an agent, but it will end up at your nearest agent if our delivery attempt is unsuccessful.
Absolutely not! We work with Sweden’s newspaper delivery service, who have keys to your gate, and can therefore enter without disturbing you. Sleep well!
If you want to complain about an item, you need to contact the store you ordered it from. Contact them and they will help you!
Unfortunately, we don’t have return agreements with all our customers yet, but we’re working on it!
